We are a Federally licensed gun dealer specializing in buying and selling new and used handguns. We also act as a transfer agent in the State of Maine.
- BUYING: If you're looking to purchase a new or used handgun of a specific type, e-mail your requirements to us and we will attempt to procure that particular gun for you. You can also bookmark our web site and check back frequently to see what guns we are presently featuring and stocking.
- SELLING: If you have a gun you're interested in selling e-mail us with complete details and a picture and we will be more than happy to take a look at it for possible inclusion in our inventory.
- TRANSFERS: As Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders we are an authorized transfer agent in the State of Maine. If you live in Maine and make any out-of-state firearms purchases (on-line, by telephone, auction, classified ad or directly from a retailer) we will be more than happy to receive the gun for you, run the necessary NICS check and transfer the gun to you.

SELLING POLICY
PAYMENT METHODS:
Cashiers checks or money orders preferred.
- Personal checks must clear our bank prior to shipment.
- Visa & MasterCard accepted - 2% surcharge.
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Flat Fee of $20.00 for handguns shipped to the lower 48 states.
- Flat Fee of $30.00 for shotguns and rifles shipped to the lower 48 states.
All guns MUST ship to an FFL holder. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is Federal Law.
Absolutely NO INTERNATIONAL shipments.
You MUST be 21 years of age or older to purchase these guns. RETURN POLICY:
- All guns have a 3 day "non-firing" inspection from the date received.
- Item must be returned in original condition with all original packaging and paperwork, at the buyers expense with delivery confirmation.
Buyer MUST contact us in advance to obtain a Return Authorization Number and MUST e-mail us a tracking number after item is posted.
Refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt of returned item.
Shipping & handling charges, credit card surcharges and auction fees are non-refundable.
